Barbarossa Industries

At BARBAROSSA Industries, I worked on the design, engineering, and manufacturing of high-performance carbon composite components for marine and other advanced applications. My work covered the full development process, from CAD design and structural analysis to tooling, composite fabrication, and final part production.

I worked with a range of composite manufacturing techniques, including prepreg and infusion processes, and gained hands-on experience with carbon fiber materials, molds, CNC machining, and rapid prototyping. My responsibilities involved developing composite structures, preparing manufacturing solutions, evaluating designs, and solving practical challenges during production.

This experience strengthened my ability to bridge the gap between engineering design and real-world manufacturing, with a focus on producing lightweight, high-performance composite structures.
