I was responsible for the development of high-performance composite products across a diverse range of applications, including hydrofoils, medical devices, UAV and drone components, and small carbon prepreg parts for watersports equipment.

My work involved taking products from initial concepts through CAD development, engineering, prototyping, testing, and preparation for production. I worked closely with design, manufacturing, tooling, and production teams to develop practical solutions that balanced structural performance, weight, manufacturability, and production requirements.

This role gave me hands-on experience working with a wide range of composite technologies and products, from precision carbon prepreg components to larger structural parts, while developing a strong understanding of how composite products are engineered for repeatable production at scale.
