I worked on the development of bespoke automotive components and vehicle modifications, taking inspiration from classic vehicles while incorporating modern design, materials, and manufacturing techniques.

My work covered the complete product development process, including concept development, 3D CAD modeling, reverse engineering, surface design, and preparation of components for manufacturing. I worked on a variety of exterior and interior automotive parts, with a particular focus on developing lightweight and visually refined components that integrate seamlessly with the original vehicle design.

The role required balancing aesthetic design, engineering requirements, manufacturability, and fitment, often developing components from existing vehicles and physical references. I also worked extensively with composite components, combining design and hands-on manufacturing knowledge to develop parts that were both technically functional and visually cohesive with the vehicle.
